My tweaker neighbor had her apartment set on fire by her tweaker friends

I'm outing myself as a rentcel, but I've been awake since 3:30 this morning because the old meth head lady who lives in the next building over from mine had her apartment set on fire. The fire seemingly started at the door so other neighbors suspect it was started by one of her meth head friends as some sort of revenge for something, tweaker logic is beyond my understanding so who knows. Sorry no photos of the fire, I had just enough time to run outside, then run to the door of another neighbor to get them out of their apartment, and by the time I got back the fire dept had hosed the whole building down. Fortunately my unit was undamaged and I don't think anyone was hurt.

I don't actually know for sure she's a meth head but I'm like 95% positive. She's either in her 60s or just smoked herself into looking like it. She pretty much only leaves her apartment to walk her obese "service dog" to the grocery store.
