If a random guy is walking behind me and I can hear they are trying to catch up to approach me, I turn around and look horrified by them and then start jogging away. It has worked like 3 times now when I just don't want to be bothered by some pick-up line or comment. It's an easy non-confrontational way to shut anything down before it even starts.

I did this on accident once when a guy grabbed me by the waist as I was walking past him. It was a loud, burping, wet one that made me question whether it was just gas that I had passed. This guy had me down on his lap when that happened. I laughed so hard and couldn’t stop farting and wouldn’t get off of him. I was laughing so hard that I was bent over with my hands on my knees. Still on his lap. Makes me laugh to this day — when I got up, he pulled his hands apart and looked down to check his pants, but with his face reeled back on his neck.
