I have been in this situation, it was terrifying.

There is a guy called Colin Murray who stopped the show and came on stage in the middle of Leeds Festival. He told the crowd unless they sort themselves out, the show isn’t going on. That guy saved lives that day, seeing this just confirms it to me and he was never given credit for it, he was actually boo’ed at the time by a few.

No one with that kind of backbone around in this place.

Edit: for some asking, I honestly can’t remember the year, but I think it was 2009, in between The Prodigy and Arctic Monkeys. But it could well have been Blink 182 too. I went to quite a few and I’ll admit they’re a bit of a blur.
