Let's do an actual think like a doctor post. Realistically shouldn't be to difficult.

Patient presents with severe anemia pulse Ox 89%, neutropenia and possible pancytopenia upon blood work. Final diagnosis was stage 4 bladder cancer so how did we end up at that diagnosis?

Blood count issues lead to thinking there's some kind of bone marrow issue. Imaging for that reveals bladder problem. Pretty simple from there.
