So how does the Power work for trans women? Do they need to have been on HRT for a long enough period of time? Do they need to legally be women? Or does anyone who declares ximself a woman get it? Here's my proposal for the best-case scenario for drama: all trains who are a female brain in a male body have it from birth, and all other trains can't get it. Any train who doesn't develop the Power gets declared a poseur and is rejected from greater trains society.
