The idea that any police officer would handcuff someone just to drag them to their car is fricking idiotic. Let alone a (presumably male) bouncer going into the female restroom and literally dragging someone out of a stall. If any of this were remotely true, this person would have been told to get out by the bouncer once they left the bathroom. If it got as far as police being called (probably didn't) then the police would, at worst, kick this person out of the bar. No handcuffs would have been involved. If police handcuff you, you're going to jail.
