You can say the most obvious r-slurred bait but if you do it in a friendly "lemme educate you/you educate me friend" type of way you'll almost always get a bite. Some people seem to think sperging out and calling cows names right at 1st works but you subtly do that when you start replying to them in a friendly condescending way.
