Today my bd got arrested. He went into a blind rage the other day at our landlord at our landlords corner store nearby to our house and entirely destroyed the store. Ran from the police for a day and when I woke up the next day I inherently had received a text from his best friend proving to me that he's been using drugs recently, which was a suspicion of mine based on his weird recent behavior with me but I was waiting for proof before I confronted him. I immediately gave him the ultimatum being either he owns up to what he's been doing and we get him help or I'm calling the police to the house to come pick him up. He denies denies denies and starts screaming at me while the kids are in the house. So, I called the police and he tried to flee but they took him in to jail once they finally got him in custody. Come to find out later he snapped on my landlord for a constable apparently placing an imminent eviction notice on my door. I'm now finding out he's been lying this entire time and hasn't paid our rent in over 4 months. I have to be out in 12 days, my 2 kids are w me I have no child care and barely any money because he's been the one working and I stay home with the kids.
I need to get an apartment and leave him asap preferably before he gets back from jail. What are some ways I can rake up around $1400 for security deposit fast? And yes I've contacted county assistance office so far but because of the holiday haven't gotten a response back yet.
Anything helps even just a kind word. Thank you all. I feel broken π
