They are so concentrated on reddit, it makes it look like they are everywhere and their mental illness has no bounds. But I have yet to run into one. My friend's nephew is as close as I get but he came out as gay and is now claiming to be non-binary and looking at women's clothes because that's what his gay friends are into. He's trying hard to tell him to just stay a cute twink and enjoy men instead of making his life miserable. One thing that they are completely disingenuous about is saying that there is no peer pressure to go trans, because there is and teenagers are extremely vulnerable to peer pressure to do dumb things to fit in.

I've met a couple in college and they were quiet and clearly working through something. Honestly, don't care if they're trans I just can't believe that women are being policed on our experience by amateurs. Def agree with the peer pressure. When I see a teenybopper gaggle of them they're just insufferable. I swear it's the new generation's emo faze. I'm in agreement with you. It's the new emo phase but totally destructive. It doesn't help that xoomer moms want woke points on Twitter by convincing their 5 year old son that they are really a girl and then destroy their kids entire lives. Old school moms fought against their kid's emo phase. I don't doubt that there is a mental condition that causes body dysphoria and those people struggle, but it's just trendy now and nobody thinks about what could happen at 30 when you're only 15 and want to fit in. We all do it at that age.
