poll for chat owners

do u guys want the ability to appoint jannies ? carp has been pestering me about this for months now

jannies would be able to do almost everything the owner can do:

  • add ppl

  • kick ppl (including other jannies but not the owner)

  • do orgies

  • change chat name

  • change chat css

  • use !everyone (pings everyone in the chat at a cost of 5 currency/member)

but they can't add other jannies, only the owner can do that

Adds a bit of flavor to the chat, and I think it makes sense to have a bit more control over larger chats esp if just one person is acting the butt and you don't want them in there anymore.
