jannies would be able to do almost everything the owner can do:
add ppl
kick ppl (including other jannies but not the owner)
do orgies
change chat name
change chat css
use
!everyone(pings everyone in the chat at a cost of 5 currency/member)
but they can't add other jannies, only the owner can do that

That's just gonna make every r-slur here want their own chat. Groomercord lets us do that, and we know how it turns out. 20 chats with all the same people except for X because Y doesn't like them.
