You know, maybe this is REALLY FRICKING RARE these days, but I can't relate to this. In boomer times we had this concept of not immediately having unprotected s*x with strangers at the first opportunity. Some of us even saw college as a place to learn, not to cavort around having casual s*x and doing drugs on the taxpayers' dime.
Even more telling: The kids who did act like that were really embarrassed when they ran into the consequences of it. They didn't hold it up as a badge of honor like zoomers.

That got a lot of attention because it had never been done openly before. Like if you look at the 1950s there's a certain segment of the population that was doing "free love" back then. It was just understood that you keep this to yourselves and basically don't ask don't tell. Probably was worse in the boomer generation. In mine we actually had less degeneracy (pot smoking, kids out of wedlock).

Statistically zoomers are fricking less and staying inside more than any other generation that came before them. They're having less kids and usually have them later in life. When they do form long term relationships it's with people that are more like them instead of having massive gaps in wealth and status.
