The argument that they make is that there is no "what's next." If intelligence is hereditary (it is), and the genetic variants for intelligence are unevenly distributed by race (hasn't been shown), then there is no fixing any of the gaps you see between races, so stop spending money on it or encouraging programs like affirmative action.
