It took me like 20 years to get my dell xps fixed because the jeet didn't understand what I meant by "clicking doesn't work" but tapping does.

I've had zero issues with my XPS support jeets. You just have to treat them like you would treat a slow 14 year old (this is generally good advice for all support interactions for anything). Pretty good overall if you ask me.
