He's otherwise known as Jason Thor Hall - or more importantly - as Maldavius Figtree, his online Fursona when he played Second Life.
He rose to fame by (ab)using YouTube Shorts. In these he shares his outlandish knowledge on a plethora of topics ranging from computer science (hacking), running a ferret rescue operations to working at blizzard. In fact, he will mention at least one of the topics within 10 seconds. He's also a game developer and a streamer. The sad reality - he has no clue about anything. People tend to believe his words as he appears wise and smart and stuff. His KiwiFarms Thread has 160 pages of people rightfully hating and collecting his r-slurred statements. He's god's gift to mankind - and he'll make sure you think so too.
Drama
He's also a self-proclaimed "top-tier" World of Warcraft player with years of experience and an actual history of working at Blizzard - and then wimped out on his hardcore (permadeath) streamer guild OnlyFangs, getting multiple others killed as he ran away from a very survivable encounter. To clarify, various streamers are currently running a hardcore classic world of warcraft guild called OnlyFangs. The point of hardcore is that you only have one life, if you die at any point of the game, you have to re-level which may take at least 120 hours. So unlike regular classic which is piss-easy baby mode, dying is a big deal. That's why you need to trust your teammates in a dungeon or raid, as your in-game life depends on them NOT fricking up. Pirate did frick up. In fact, he fricked up so bad that the entire streaming world sans his paid shill buddy Asmongold is pooping on him. Rightfully so. Not only did he frick up, he also refused to acknowledge even a modicum of accountability, and instead iteratively double triple or quadruple downs on his original statements. The entire /r/LivestreamFail subreddit is full of threads pooping on him and it's genuinely the most endearing thing I've ever seen. Not even universally hated child male feminists are as despised. Never mess with !g*mers:

Missed a good chunk of when he tried to play EVE Online. He was another streamer that thought he could bring his cohorts and with his streamer wit be able to carve a space for himself in Wormhole space. Particularly in Pochven.
Except he was so shit at the game he had to beg ccp devs to basically change that area of WH space he was in to suit his needs because he sucked at the game. He was a terrible leader for his corp and alliance. He couldn't muster his 2000 man alliance to deal with some pirates fricking around in his space.
Any videos you'll see of him talking about his time in EVE is pure revisionist history that to anyone that was actually there would know makes no sense.

Not only did he have mana gem up, you see him mouse over it, clearly thinking about using it, then pulls away and reiterates that he doesn't have the mana. The real kicker is that he also had Robe of the Archmage right next to the mana gem that would grant him more mana as well. He basically had a full mana bar on demand but instead just throws out a frost shield with absolutely nothing around him while telling the others he can't do anything for them.
It was purely him trying to save face because he realized after saying that he didn't have mana, that he did in fact have the means to swing things. Rather than going "wait, I can throw some more spells after all" he doubled down on burning what mana he had to pretend he couldn't help.

I initially liked this guy enough to subscribe to him on YT, but I just completely stopped watching at some point. He plays the part of a "guru" extremely well, but once you stop watching for a bit it just gets obnoxious. Haven't really dived into the KF thread, but all the furry shit and the pooner wife is pretty darning.

As for the lame WoW drama, I was never a hardcore player, but I was a serious raider in a very, very good guild for several years and then an unserious raider in a good guild for a couple more years.
1. The tank fricked up the pull
2. The tank told everyone to bail
3. While everyone is bailing, they decide to turn around and try to salvage the pull anyway? Dumb dumb dumb. Too late.
The guy definitely isn't playing like a top tier mage. He's playing like a rando in a PUG. Like yeah, neighba, keybind some rank 1 freezy-slowy spells for these situations. He did drop an initial blizzard shortly after they started running, but he has blink, so he could have gotten another spell in. But overall, he's a DPS and he did what the tank told him to do. When I was tanking, I loved that.
Basically, when the tank called it a day, that was the end of the fight right there. He didn't roach. He's just not that good of a player, so he didn't make the optimal play.
The thing people should be pooping on him for is using a program to make his voice sound manlier while streaming.

Yeah, I don't even like the guy but Redditors all act like they're god g*mers and would just save everyone and if you didn't do these 10 steps perfectly in 5 seconds ignoring the advice of the leader of the group you're a complete r-slur. 99% of the people in these reddit threads have never hit even 4/8M or whatever casual meme shit classic has that's equivalent.
