It's almost impossible to prevent you from ban evading after you reset your browser and IP adress, if they seriously attempted to try it that would be very costly and still hit countless of innocent people. 4chan has much bigger problems with spammers and trolls (as they actually post CP) and they have to ban a whole city to get rid of them.

Maybe google could do it if motivated enough but even that is dubious.

native installs on smartphones are a little different, as phone apps will give devs a consistent device id, called an advertising id. you can be tracked across apps and installs. however, this can be reset on both android and apple. apple made a recent changed to this with iOS 14, and now asks users before giving the ID. advertisers were all like "nooooooo, how track now?!", bu that really isn't apple's problem. i haven't tested this in ban evasions. however, this only applies to native installs. cell phone browsers do not send advertising ids. also, cell phones aren't good for your brand of gish gallop anyways, so this is largely irrelevant.

on another computer it isn't banned, when I make one on this computer it is banned within a few hours.

did you have a new external ip address? like i said, you need a new external ip address (google "what's my ip address"). they seem to be willing to take action on more generic fingerprinting if you have the same external ip.

i had problems with this with a previous internet provider cause they didn't change those often. with my current one i just need to turn off my modem for a few mins and i get assigned and new external ip. it's easy to create a new account here.

depends on your isp. my current one reassigns me a new external ip address every time i leave the router disconnected for like 5 mins. my previous one did not and it was a pain.
