Really? I've largely seen the opposite. Spergs always have trouble with other spergs because their lack of social graces apply to each other. A normie will often be patient and polite unless you really bother them. Many spergs never attempt such things, place no value in these social cues, and so they often burn through each other's patience and their interactions end up being more combative because of it.

I speak not out of malice, but out of experience. I grew up a diagnosed sperg (I call myself RWBY lmao so there's no sense trying to hide it) and my interactions with this "community" taught me these lessons. Whereas other spergs were impatient and hostile unless I agreed with them about every stupid little thing (not allowed to like Fallout 3, not allowed to like the Michael Bay Transformers movies that "ruined" the source material, not allowed to disagree with their interpretation of Star Trek, etc.) normies are polite 99% of the time and will be cordial in a conversation even if they don't care about you at all.

Perhaps even more than the normie who takes it all for granted, I realized the true importance of manners. The need for politeness. I realized this is what I must aspire to in order to do well in society. My fellow spergs were not inspiring. Being more like them was the wrong way to go, like in all those hood gangster movies where the main character goes off to get a job and realizes his "neighbor" neighbors are going nowhere.

Sorry but that's just how it is. Sometimes a disability must truly be overcome, such that "embracing" it as an identity is actually tantamount to giving up in life
