7 cops searched the scene and didn't find any shell casings. He returned and magically found 2 immediately despite there being video of 3 cops searching the exact spot he supposedly found them. There's video of him starting the fight, pursuing them, and then falling down to the ground in the ensuing tussling. Those scraps came from falling down not being shot. He claims this injury gave him a permanent disability. He's lying through his teeth.
