I feel you bro. I’ve had to dig it out with my fingers many times. I also feel you on the physical stuff lol I have a very fricked up spine and I still work out. Many would say it’s dumb to go lift with bulging discs in my cervical spine and my lumbar spine but I think lying around and letting your muscles atrophy is the worst possible thing you can do with some chronic injuries.

There are tons lf body weight exercises you can do to prevent atrophy. Actual lifting with spinal issues is fricking r-slurred.

Eh it’s not bad too bad. Lots of r-slurs do it. I bench, use the smith machine with a pad, and do some light deadlifting.
