People have been saying after SDTA-1040 that banned accounts, shadowbanned accounts and new or low karma accounts seem to be weighted differently if not outright ignored in some cases. Provided you have an account in good standing, I’d assume all from the same account would be fine. Otherwise our sister sub /r/AgainstHateSubreddits would not survive.

I haven't been getting any responses to my reports.
I did an experiment yesterday. I reported 3 comments for promoting violence and I used reddit.com/report instead of the report button and I kept the comments open in another tab. I still didn't get a response so I don't think the report page made a difference but all 3 comments were deleted when I checked today. I don't know why they haven't responded to a single report but they are taking action.
