I played a game called 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim!!!! It is a visual novel that was 60 dollars which was too much so I stole it instead. It was pretty good, but I wish the gameplay had been more entertaining.
I also played a game called TUNIC. It's really the only game so far that I can actually say is a cross of Zelda and Dark Souls (with the postgame being like FEZ. Remember FEZ???). It's on Xbox Game Pass which you should just buy already because there are so many gud gaems on there.

I started Elden Ring but got assfricked when I tried the first boss at a way lower level than necessary. I think the problem I have with Souls games is that I always want to play them by myself with no spoilers or outside help.... but then in Elden Ring, all the good weapons and stuff are in incredibly specific spots that you would never just stumble upon normally.

Yeah I almost bounced off the game entirely at Margitt because I didn't know you were supposed to explore other areas instead of going where the game very explicitly encourages you to go. Past Stormveil Castle is when the game really picks up speed and I've been enjoying it a lot. I also look up loads of shit online though and I couldn't imagine trying to beat it completely blind.

find cult members. They're secretive, so doing menial tasks to uncover them adds to their secretiveness. Plus I found the plot to find your sibling overall compelling and worth it, the scenery along the way is beautiful, and I like Kassandra.

I picked up the save Ukraine bundle on humble bundle the other week and played through Expeditions Vikings. Picked up Expeditions Rome and have been really enjoying it.
Also balls deep in a big EUIV game with some buddies. Wanted to form Netherlands and go conquer the Congo but I'm stuck as Munster because Austria is stronger than I've ever seen them become before and holds two provinces I need. They inherited Poland, burgundy, and bohemia and have a force cap of like 300k

Currently playing planet crafter. It's yet another survival-craft game. The endgoal is to terraform the entire planet you were sent to. Its basically one giant fetch quest with some things to explore. The enviroment changes gradually (instead of "boom milstone reached, okay now everything is coverd in fullgrown trees and shit") because of your actions so its actually pretty neat.
