Lots of helpful advice here, but I just wanted to mention - the term "biologically male" isn't really scientifically accurate and tends to be associated with transphobic rhetoric. All humans are "biological" and it doesn't really make sense to use the word in that way.
You can just say "born male" or "assigned male at birth." Hope that's helpful!
Anyway, it sounds like you're already doing as much as you can to give this child a safe place to explore their interests and their gender. That will support the child and help them to best figure this out for themselves. It's unfortunate that there's not much you can do about the child's bigoted parents.

It's worth a try to delete all website data (in firefox history, right click on a reddit entry and "forget this site"). Then either install a teddit redirect plugin, or just set rdrama in content setting to go to teddit
