I used to do First Set Last instead of BBB where you do 5x5 at the same weight as your first working set (maybe 60-70%) but that can be brutal on squat/deadlift day.

I gave it a shot, I did 225 for 5, 245 for 3, 255 for 1 for my opening. Than I did 155 for 5 sets of 10 and was struggling on that last set⦠my chest actually feels fried
