Vampires dont get fat because:

  1. To get fat you need to kill a lot of people in order to get their blood

  2. As you become fatter it gets harder to kill people

  3. Since you can't catch enough people you lose the extra weight until it evens out.

New VTM game has a fat vampire. She's part of the "sexy" vampire clan too. Bloodlines 2 was supposed to have one as well. Going off those vampire rules, you'd only be fat as a vampire if you where fat when you got turned, and since 98% vampires only turn cool sexy people, tbe chances of you being fat are slim

I don't think that's necessary, I think just letting you should one of three basic body-types modified by gender features would be fine.
