I don't really know what to make of this. It's about a rich girl who bangs her brother's friends over summer at a summer beach house. The lead actress has next to no other acting experience according to what I looked up. It's crazy how nepotism can get you anywhere.

No, you see, it's groundbreaking because they avoided the clichΓ© by NOT making her a girl who just takes her glasses off and everyone (but her
) sees how hot she is. And I think the bad acting is done on purpose as a nod to David Lynch and how he purposely directs the actors to do that to set the mood. Very classy and avant garde in a modern, pop teenager kind of way.

I haven't looked at anything related to this whatsoever (have not seen and probably will not watch that trailer). All I know is Amazon is shilling it very hard in their apps, which means it's either fantastic or it's fricking awful. Based on body text of OP I'm guessing it's the latter.
