Not really, it was a kid who used a twitter employees account to gain special access to the accounts. He was like "Hey it's me your coworker uhhh John. I forgot my password can I use yours?"
It's also probably the reason he couldn't access Trump's account because twitter employees were blocked access from his account after some idiot employee banned him or something
