what is your highest level of education in biology? it seems to me like you only have basic understanding of biology. as i argued in my post, hormone signaling activates the dna that corresponds with phenotypically female traits. by treating a patient with exogenous estrogen, you are inducing a female phenotype at the cellular level, making her biological female.

Like ultimately if you try to define that down you're going to run into issues. My hormone levels are similar to cis womans levels, I have the same seconday s*x characteristics as a cis woman, I have a clearer mind on estrogen. And then there are people like my mum who has higher testosterone than average, is she not a biological woman? I have larger breasts than my best friend, does that make her less of a biological woman? I can't get pregnant, but nor can a friend of mine, so does that make us both biological men? It's a nonsense that just seeks to other us and misgender us with a thin veneer.

The problem with thinking is that they take each of these characteristics and look at them in a vacuum, one at a time. It would be more useful if they looked at all of these characteristics together. Kind of like how you diagnose a mental disorder (I know this is something they are familiar with). Like, everyone feels tired from time to time, but if you tick the other boxes for depression, you most likely have depression.

Some women may be tall or have more hair than other, but are still women. You are men because you mostly have xy chromosomes, peepee, barrel chest, broader shoulders, moobs that look like this o______o instead of this 0_0, pronounced brow, Adam's apple, big man hands, man jaw, deep voice, male body and facial hair, narrow hips, on average taller and stronger than women, etc, etc.

I'm not even getting into their other r-slurred gotchas about chromosomes and intersex outliers. That would be like saying we can't call humans bipedal because some people are born without legs.

define "female". usually their definition is "someone who identifies as a woman". Well chromosomes aren't sentient and can't identify as a s*x or gender

Like ultimately if you try to define that down you're going to run into issues.
