Women just need to refer to themselves as birthing persons from now on. There's no ruling that says a birthing person isn't allowed to have an abortion. The ruling only has to do with women so in reality, this is mostly an anti-trans ruling and doesn't effect legacy women as long as they refer to themselves as birthing persons henceforth.
