What can you do? Well, it looks like an unloaded image placeholder, but the guy spamming it got y'alled for spamming. If you see it, take the -500 and use adblock to block it, which worked for me.

Unfortunately, you can no longer see the placeholder image to block it, and people are still getting hit.
