They make either $15 or $17 per hour. I haven't seen any exceptions from Seattle's website about its MW law.

That’s what I said. They are already making sometimes $22+/hr (dependent on the restaurant), plus whatever tips they’re taking from the pool.

In Idaho for example, servers make $3.90/hr before tips, so this isn’t even a case of β€œour tips have been taken from us and we’re now below minimum wage”.
