VIDEO: 'Anchorman' actor David Koechner arrested for suspected drunk driving in Ohio
The trooper states Koechner was from California but going to Comic-Con in West Virginia. Koechner told troopers he was coming from Cincinnati.
"I know who you are," the trooper states when he notices who Koechner is.
Troopers then asked Koechner how much he had been drinking.
"How much we had to drink tonight?" the trooper asked
"One," Koechner responded.
"One beer or one shot of liquor or what?" the trooper responded.
"One beer," Koechner said.
