His username is a reference to Wiki-Janny Bbb23, straight from the horse's mouth. Something traumatic seems to have happened to him on Wikipedia in December 2022 or early January 2023 since that's when he started sperging out.

I don't know what the frick this is but it's re-hosting his screenshot of a Xitter person talking about Wikipedia.

Ever since goombling was introduced people stopped using awards as much. Mostly it's powerusers and jannies pinning gay metadrama posts.
