Also just join a normal gym and follow some beginner lifter linear progression workout. There's dozens of those online.
Do both and you'll get lean and get stronger / gain muscle.
Soon you'll be a certified Chad like me and do cool exercises like deadlifts and weighted pull ups (to flex on nerds who can't even do regular ones).
It’s guided classes with personal trainers, all of your advice would have the reverse effect because I wouldn’t know what I’m doing. I’m not broke so I’m willing to paying 150 per month, people have spent way more on way dumber shit
