It's very unfortunate, but you can't fix this sort of injustice just by pointing it out.

When a cop sees a guy open carrying a rifle, there are two possibilites:

1. It's one of those gun nuts trying to make a point. Annoying and maybe slightly crazy, but not an immediate threat.

2. It's a gang member completely out of his mind on drugs. Extremely dangerous.

Our previous experience says that there's a lot of white people belonging to the first category and less white people belonging to the second category, while for black people the second category exists but the first category is virtually empty, like this guy here could be the first example of it in that city ever.

You can complain about stereotypes when people are treated differently based on differences in small probabilities. Like for example maybe 0.1% of black people are gangsters and 0.001% of whites, which looks like a huge difference but it's unfair to treat a random black person as a gangster because 99.9% of them aren't.

When the actual probabilities grow to double digits, when they become more than 50%, or reach 99% like the empirical probability that a black guy with a rifle is in fact a gangster, this logic no longer works. You're now dealing with objective facts, not with wrong intuitions about probabilities. You can't shame people into just ignoring facts, especially when their lives literally depend on it.

The only way you can fix this injustice is by changing the factual statistics, that is by somehow getting a lot of black men to become 2A nuts and parade open carrying around, maybe at first adopt some sort of a distinctive hat or something it to not be forced to eat dirt all the time and make a fuss on twitter.

I can't tell if you're memeing or not, but this is literally why open carry is banned in California. Black Panther demonstrations got Republicans so bent out of shape at the idea of black men exercising their rights that they passed the Mulford Act and Governor Ronald Reagan signed it.
