There's clearly a category of things (STDs, marriage, legal history) for which not disclosing certain details should reasonably be understood to be a lie of omission. Is one's sex at birth one of those things? I don't know, but I know that wherever the question goes, buttery drama will follow.
/u/sonder_lust The fact that you didn't immediately answer with "yes" means you too are destined for the gas chambers. Breathe in.
This is a terrible post, but I did lol at this sentence:
I think most people would agree that having a genital preference is not transphobic, especially considering that some genitals could be a trigger for people who have suffered abuse.
NIGGA YOU EVEN KNOW ME? I JUST POSTED LIKE 5 TIMES IN AN HOUR. THAT'S LOW EFFORT? KYS FAM. I LOOKED IN THE ENTIRE SRD THREAD FOR ONE COMMENT THREAD WITH THE MOST RETARDATION, BUT IT WAS JUST TOO MUCH FOR ME. YOU TRY GOING THROUGH THAT GRANDSTANDING GARBAGE.
There aren't armies of transfolk trying to trick heterosexuals into sleeping with them. They just want relationships like everyone else without the threat of being killed.
There's a real simple way of avoiding that - telling prospective partners up-front.
But of course they'll never accept that, because what they care about is validating their decision to be trans, and if women don't have to disclose how they were born, then by god, they don't have to either. It's a passive-aggressive way of asserting the ideology that claims they are the gender they identify with and always have been, regardless of other factors.
In that way, the "trap" stereotype and the risk of "gay panic" violence is a feature, not a bug, because it reinforces the ideology and eliminates their responsibility for finding trans-friendly partners. Society has a problem, not the trans person. They're basically the same as incels, thinking they're owed sex, and any onus for change necessary to get it belongs in the minds of their prospective partners, not themselves.
Second, trans people have no responsibility to reveal their trans status until they choose to. Trans women who disclose too early are very often beaten and/or killed.
That would depend on whether they want to swallow their teeth or cum.
