I was going to make a comment comparing people arguing in a relationship to this:
most parents shout and scream at their kids and I wonder if they regret having them.
to point out that just because you yell at someone doesn't mean you regret/hate that person. But then I remembered everyone in /r/childfree was a permavirgin so why bother.
Yeah, I have to tell you, I can't stand kids but I definitely can think of a thousand other things I'd rather do than sit around Reddit and constantly talk about the things that I hate.
The top post of all time on that sub, before it got deleted, was a story about a lady who tricked some kids into eating spicy peppers so hot that they puked. The commenters were completely orgasmic over it.
I honestly never realized how conditioned I was by the media to not have children until I decided I wanted them. it's one of those things that's glaring when you start to see it
There are normal people who chose not to have kids and then get on with their lives happily without acting like little cunts. Then there's /r/childfree.
