If its anything like the previous ones I have seen the people pushing for Pizzagate usually take them out of context or just behave in a manner that is incredibly dense. Like the "play dominos on cheese or pasta" e-mail or whatever else that was revealed to be a discussion about a gift basket including lots of cheese when you scrolled up and read the whole conversation.

A family court judge is not passing a federal ruling about speech, he's going to make an assessment based on character, mental health, etc and rule in favor of what is w/e is in the best interest of the children.

That's actually exactly what it is, as far as legality goes anyway. Getting fired for talking out of line isn't a legal issue, and you can get another job. You can't, however, get another your-kids.
Which is wrong. That's not a judge's job given that Alex has yet to do anything wrong enough to put his character and mental health in question in the first place., especially with regards to whether or not he should still be able to be a father to 2 children who he's never mistreated.

Listen, context is important, so don't pick one part of my statement then say "Oh no the judge can't do this":
I highly doubt Alex Jones is going to lose custody of his kids w/o a drug/finance problem which he does not have (at least not publicly). The judge would need to rule and ruling "well I think your children should be removed because your a crackpot," is not something I'd expect to see uttered in family court. When I talk about character I mean things like verbal/physical abuse/blatant hateful statements "We should kill all the Jews," etc.
Um, things that people say publicly are used in court cases all the time. If you say "I hate black people" then go firebomb a black church, your going to be more likely to be charged with a hatecrime instead of arson than if you said nothing.
Free speech says that the gov't cannot jail/imprison/censor you for speaking, not that your words can't have consequences. I feel really sorry for you if you believe that.
