I enjoy the cycle of realizing it's a grind and nothing else, quitting for a few months, then getting sucked back in.

I'm a straight dude, I play league, cs, and cod, and the occasional overwatch and then single player games. If they added any event for LGBTs or just normalized gay relationships/characters it wouldn't bother me (as long as long as it's done right). I'm also not Christian and I don't get mad at Christmas events. I don't get mad when there's lunar new year stuff.

I didn't care when they made tracer gay and thought they did a pretty tasteful job, I didn't care that there were gay relationships in mass effect or dragon age. I honestly don't see the problem. I don't know about you but personally, I like my games to be inclusive. I also know how it feels to not have any representation or only stereotypical representations of your 'people' in media so when some other minority group gets acknowledgement in a respectful and tasteful way I think it's great.

The fact that people are so buttmad about things like this is just more proof things like this are good. What am I missing? Is there some balance/gameplay issue that will come from this? Do you lose anything from this event?
