Like every justice system, mistakes can happen. However, I don't believe this case is one of them. I haven't read into the case, but 5 years for a rape and murder seems fair if the focus is on rehabilitation.

Rehabilitation isn't a magic spell what the fuck. Too many people believe people do bad things solely cause they had bad upbringings lmao.

5 years in prison would be 5 years or life too many. Anyone who kills someone not in self defense should just get a bullet in the brain and be left as food for the world.

If someone ever did that to a family member I wouldn't be able to resist putting a bullet in there myself. Just like that father who shot a drunk driver after he crashed into him and killed his two kids. He never even went to prison for it either. God I fucking love America.

5 years for a rape and murder is a really good deal. If people would consistently get only 5 years for that kind of crime they'd do it without a second thought or any fear.
