T_D posts get spezzed pretty regularly. We're used to it, but we still like to make a fuss. Reddit doesn't know what to do about their most High Energy sub. :-D
I don't get redditors. Do you have like, no self-respect? I get that you were all dorks in high school, but why do you think most normal people would just accept getting fucked with, without getting angry? That doesn't typically happen, and that you all don't get angry when people fuck with you, just tells me that most of you have been little bitches your whole life.
I just can't shake this image in my head of all of you being spaghetti-armed, bucktoothed weasels who used to snicker while being bullied in the hopes that bully would learn to like your subservience.
It's a website man, getting mad about it is super retarded. Plenty of things to get mad about but imaginary internet points and "that guy I totally have a beef with on /r/spacedicks" are not any of them, and if it is then... yeh I bet you were the kind of person who got swirlies or nuggies or Chinese burns or whatever traditionally happens in American schools (in England school traditions normally include consensual sodomy, but we're just classier).
Or you can wipe your tears away and look at the upvote percentage. It's <50% meaning less than 50% of the people upvoted it, meaning it is in the negative.
It's not the admins, but everyone on r/all downvoting their retarded asses. What's the point of setting the counter to 0 if the post still shows up on the front page of r/all?
You can get there by having thousands of virgin teenagers upvoting a post in the first few minutes even if eventually being on /r/all exposes the post to thousands and some more virgin teenagers happy to downvote it.
Im no computer nerd but why the fuck would a post with zero karma be on the front page. Shit makes no sense to work that way and if you wanna act like the shitmins havent already set a precedent for this kind of crap then you would be the retard.
Admin 1: I've got an idea on how to censor /r/the_donald: let's set any front page post by them to 0, but still keep it on the front page for hours afterwards.
Admin 2: Wow! What an amazing idea! Soros will give us big bucks for that one!
I think the way the reddit voting algorithm works is that the effects of downvotes take a little bit to kick in. If a post hits zero it sort of just hags around a bit and then after a set time finally acts as if it has zero downvotes.
Also i'm sure behind the scenes the upvote count isn't actually zero it's just fluctuating madly as people upvote/downvote it. Upvote downvote counts are just a fake number to give you an idea of how popular a thread is but not exactly.
Apparently they removed that because it helps keep spam bots from accurately knowing how well the post was received? At least that was the reason they gave.
The admins have literally changed the voting algorithm twice to keep TD off the front page, and the CEO of the damn company was editing comments in TD to troll them.
So they are keeping T_D off of the front page by... keeping their posts on the front page? You don't think that maybe there's something else going on here that isn't you being victimized?
So they are keeping T_D off of the front page by... keeping their posts on the front page?
I mean, you must be retarded, because anyone would realize that we have in fact had a significant decline in posts on the front page from TD. It used to be that you would get 2 or 3 because the subreddit was so active, but they changed the algorithm for the entirety of reddit, and allowed you to filter subreddits on /r/all just to prevent exposure to TD.
They didn't do that when there was 6 posts from sandersforpresident on the top 100. They only did it for TD.
I'd say that the the resetting to 0 is the method admins use to prevent TD posts from climbing into the top 10/5 or reaching number 1 on reddit.
It's not being set at 0 retard, that is pointless if the post remains in the front page anyway. People are downvoting it. You can check the post, it says 47% or something upvoted. That means 53% of votes on the post have been downvotes.
I seriously hope you're merely pretending to be retarded
Okay, let's dispel some myths about how reddit works:
Vote fuzzing absolutely does not work in this way. Each post has a "true" score (upvotes - downvotes (or as Python: ups - downs). What vote fuzzing does is adjust this final score based on the controversiality of a story. A controversial story will display a slightly different number, but this does not affect ranking at all.
In addition, the maximum amount a post is fuzzed, is, to put is bluntly, minimal. Votes do not gain or lose thousands of points as a result of vote fuzzing. It's in the matter of points, or tens of points. A item that has 25,235 points could be expressed as having 25,200-25,250 points, and I believe this is either reasonably accurate, or 100% so (although I need more data on this).
I've seen the effect happen before on /r/pics, a subreddit about photos. There was a post of a model or something, someone had found out something, and people were pissed and reacted very negatively to it.
The score following it plummeted. Due to how reddit works, votes are not processed instantaneously (this is what causes the appeared "vote locking" phenomenon, and why you can see something like "30% upvoted" with a positive post score, something that's normally mathematically impossible), and the /hot pages are updated even less frequently. It was still on the front page for a period of time.
It's even worse when you're talking about the front page (and not /r/all) since that is updated every 15 minutes or so, much less frequently than even the /r/all listing pages.
Because it’s censorship and propaganda when others subvert the votes of redditors or those in democratic primary but the left doesn’t care as they choose to be victims of the machine
Wouldn't consider killing someone unless they tried to kill me. No reason to do something as atrocious as ram a car into a random person I don't even know.
It's not admins, the donald bumrushes with upvotes till it hits the frontpage, /r/all then downvotes the fuck out of it till it hits zero, the algorithm leaves it up there because early votes count for a ton more than later ones.
Even though I'd consider myself pretty liberal even I can see this is fucked. When will reddit learn that censoring different political opinions is basically the definition of the fascism they're supposedly against?
lol it says 47% upvoted on the side. Which means it reached /r/all and got downvoted heavily and has negative karma right now which shows as 0. But I doubt pedes can understand percentages.
Tbf tons of people did. If Trump has a 30-40% chance I'd winning, him winning is pretty damn likely, and you shouldn't treat the election like a certain thing
Oh for sure. Those were definitely off, even more than usual for state polls. I'm talking about the ones who thought 531 saying the probability was 71-29 meant that they were estimating a 71-29 vote %
Does T_D know the election is over? Y'all won. Bludgeoning the bloated horse-corpse of the Hildabeest is not going to magically make Trump into a less retarded president.
If Hillary would just shut the fuck up and go away like a good little loser I think you'd see a lot less posts about her.
Instead 10 minutes after a mass shooting she's using the blood of the victims to try to further her political agenda in an effort to stay even remotely relevant
Except that Hillary proved once again that she's an idiot and knows nothing meaningful about guns.
Her "point" about suppressors is a non-point. There are 1.3 Million legally owned suppressors in the United States today yet there are less than 44 criminal instances involving them per year and most of those are unlawful carry/concealment/use, not violent crime.
she's using the blood of the victims to try to further her political agenda
Translation: she's commenting on a mass shooting (that did actually happened, contrary to what Alex Jones says) and using that as an example of how gun laws need to be changed to prevent similar situations from happening.
okay i kinda see that we both mean the same thing but you're making it out like she's hurting the victims of the shooting by using them to push an anti gun message. if i was one of those victims I would gladly let Hillary Clinton do whatever she wanted to my blood if it meant passing laws that would prevent me from getting sniped by an angry white boy
Let's see her options, she could: condone the actions of the killer, offer sympathy to the victims, use the opportunity to help unite a divided nation or blame the NRA for gun accessories that were never used in the attack. What a wise choice she made.
it's not an either or thing, hillary did all those things you imply she didn't do (like condemning the killer and offering sympathy to victims). i agree with you that in this case there was no reason for her to call out for restricting silencers but like I don't think it's inherently bad for someone to use a tragedy as evidence or reason to bring up a relevant issue- i guess well just agree to disagree
I wish T_D would finally read the room and realize that their dumb ideas are only well received on their subreddit. Somebody should turn the lights on so they skitter on to the underside of the fridge that is voat.
Nah they hate it because it's Alt-Lite. They see T_D as people who sympathise with the Jewish menace, they hate the mods for banning any negative talk on (((them))) and cringe at their memes. Tbh anyone can make better memes than T_D
Well, they tried to migrate to voat but got shitted on by everyone so much they had to come back to reddit two days later (or less).
They still managed to call that a victory.
t_d is the only thing that unites all extremists, everybody hates them.
But there isn't. We hate them openly and shamelessly. A conspirace suggests secret coordination among multiple actors. In reality, multiple people just happened to decide T_D sucks dingleberries and they are to be fucked with in any way possible.
The time /r/News keep removing Pulse Shooting threads and removing posts about where to donate blood and the Admins response was to ban The Donald off the Front page
Not much of a spoiler from that guy. This already happened. Unless Hillary can go back and reset the timeline, she's through.
Love her or hate her, the fact is that Hillary's days in the political arena are for the most part, over. Right now she's just sounding off to make herself feel important again, that's all.

I want you to REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE more ;)
1 nanonan 2017-10-04
Why would he be upset that Trump is an alpha genius theatrefag?
1 ProphetOfKek 2017-10-04
I'm not, but I'm always down for a good REEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
1 Murgie 2017-10-04
Granted, not for lack of trying.
1 Dextro420x 2017-10-04
Why don't you go to Voat?
1 ProphetOfKek 2017-10-04
Definitely better than being /U/Ed_ButteredToast !
1 Sub_Corrector_Bot 2017-10-04
Did you mean /u/Ed_ButteredToast instead of /U/Ed_ButteredToast?
I am a new bot, and I may have made a mistake. Remember, I can't do anything against ninja-edits.
What is my purpose? I correct subreddit and user links that have a capital R or U, which are unusable on PC (but work fine on mobile).
1 Ed_ButteredToast 2017-10-04
Good bot! u/lovemesometoasts
1 Murgie 2017-10-04
Absolutely scathing.
1 N0ahface 2017-10-04

Your comment, the one I replied to.
1 ProphetRith 2017-10-04
Why do the admins do this stupid shit it always stays on the front page anyway
1 SamWhite 2017-10-04
It's not admins, the donald bumrushes with upvotes till it hits the frontpage, /r/all then downvotes the fuck out of it till it hits zero, the algorithm leaves it up there because early votes count for a ton more than later ones.
1 ProphetRith 2017-10-04
Why isn't it in the negatives then tho
1 SamWhite 2017-10-04
Because posts don't go below zero for any reason. Go make a submission now and downvote it yourself. It won't be -1, it'll be zero.
1 ProphetRith 2017-10-04
huh didn't know that thank you :D
1 SamWhite 2017-10-04
No problem, reddit's voting system can be pretty opaque, partly by design to combat spambots.
1 geraldodelrivero 2017-10-04
negative votes for posts don’t exist. the lowest it can go is zero
1 ProphetRith 2017-10-04
TIL
1 TruthPains 2017-10-04
Because they don't, its just makes it to the front page and then is downvoted into oblivion where it shows up as 0
1 Raitapaita 2017-10-04
...
And so on, crying continues.
Downvoting is fascism!!!!
1 MegaSeedsInYourBum 2017-10-04
FREE SPEECH MEANS YOU CANT BE MEAN TO ME!!!!!
1 AshrifSecateur 2017-10-04
lol it says 47% upvoted on the side. Which means it reached /r/all and got downvoted heavily and has negative karma right now which shows as 0. But I doubt pedes can understand percentages.
1 TheGreatWolfRuss 2017-10-04
All the downvote were made by illegals and shouldn't count
1 AnnoysTheGoys 2017-10-04
They've already proven they don't. They think probability % = vote %
1 uniqueguy263 2017-10-04
Tbf tons of people did. If Trump has a 30-40% chance I'd winning, him winning is pretty damn likely, and you shouldn't treat the election like a certain thing
1 AnnoysTheGoys 2017-10-04
No, I mean the ones who said the polls were way off because they were comparing odds to votes
1 uniqueguy263 2017-10-04
The Rust Belt state polls were way off. Ohio was supposed to be +2 Trump, it was +9. Other rust belt polls were similarly off
1 AnnoysTheGoys 2017-10-04
Oh for sure. Those were definitely off, even more than usual for state polls. I'm talking about the ones who thought 531 saying the probability was 71-29 meant that they were estimating a 71-29 vote %
1 djakake 2017-10-04
People just really don’t understand how probabilities or polls work
1 Successful-Troll 2017-10-04
Doesn't help that they never report the confidence interval.
1 beskargamkote 2017-10-04
They think not posting it builds rapport among their own and to demoralize those who actually voted for trump at the time.
1 ndizzIe 2017-10-04
you see, they predicted trump had a 29% chance of winning but he won so it was actually a 100% chance of winning
1 aliceunknown 2017-10-04
But I loved her anyway. ;_;
1 UmmahSultan 2017-10-04
Wisconsin is full of deplorables whose votes are unwanted, though.
1 zuccfan 2017-10-04
There's always Jeb!
1 uniqueguy263 2017-10-04
For all we know, Gore would've won the Florida recount if Jeb! hadn't fucked him over. Funny how the terrible candidates screw easy other over
1 zuccfan 2017-10-04
They both would be presidents if they listened to Bill.
1 Dextro420x 2017-10-04
They also think they have 6 million subscribers. If they hate reddit so much why don't they move to voat? O wait voat hates them
1 freet0 2017-10-04
if that were the case then Trump would have lost with only 30% of the vote lol
1 Oh_hamburgers_ 2017-10-04
Posts are hidden from r/all from t_d though...
1 the_popcorn_pisser 2017-10-04
Is this a somewhat recent change? I’ve seen submissions with negative numbers in the past.
1 AshrifSecateur 2017-10-04
It's been several months at least. Remember all those pics of Trump that T_D kept posting that used to go down to 0 votes?
1 the_popcorn_pisser 2017-10-04
Hmm, ok. Ill have to test this myself.
1 Hellkyte 2017-10-04
I think these guys still don't understand how a popular vote works.
1 wwaalleess 2017-10-04
As far as the shit that usually get posted there goes, that one was actually pretty funny tbqh
1 abracadbra123 2017-10-04
Does T_D know the election is over? Y'all won. Bludgeoning the bloated horse-corpse of the Hildabeest is not going to magically make Trump into a less retarded president.
1 moush 2017-10-04
The rest of Reddit doesn't know that Trump won yet either.
1 nanonan 2017-10-04
Are you saying Bernie still has a shot? Match me!
1 AugustusTheWolf 2017-10-04
I JUST DONATED ALLLL MY MOOONEY
1 BigLordShiggot 2017-10-04
Nuh uh. Le Drumpf is going to be inpeached because of Russians any day now.
1 Somenakedguy 2017-10-04
Pretending to be retarded etc etc
1 GIANT_BLEEDING_ANUS 2017-10-04
"pretending"
1 nanonan 2017-10-04
Indeed, thinking the Russia bullshit still has any legs is pretty retarded.
1 Somenakedguy 2017-10-04
Why are you virtue signaling in my general direction
1 nanonan 2017-10-04
I have no virtues so I really don't know what the fuck you are on about.
1 grungebot5000 2017-10-04
still got 9 more months babe
1 telandrias 2017-10-04
6000 updoots away from impeachment!
1 zeldaisaprude 2017-10-04
Someone should tell Hillary the election is over.

1 botchlings 2017-10-04
If Hillary would just shut the fuck up and go away like a good little loser I think you'd see a lot less posts about her.
Instead 10 minutes after a mass shooting she's using the blood of the victims to try to further her political agenda in an effort to stay even remotely relevant
1 IvankaTrumpIsMyWaifu 2017-10-04
DAE SILENCERS ?????!!!
1 UmmahSultan 2017-10-04
If we had banned silencers then all of Paddock's victims would still be alive.
1 nanonan 2017-10-04
We should make what he did a crime.
1 IvankaTrumpIsMyWaifu 2017-10-04
WEW LAD
1 abracadbra123 2017-10-04
Yeah, yeah, how dare anyone try to further their political agenda of reducing gun deaths in the wake of a mass shooting.
DAE terrorist attack => expel all the muzzies!!!
1 botchlings 2017-10-04
Except that Hillary proved once again that she's an idiot and knows nothing meaningful about guns.
Her "point" about suppressors is a non-point. There are 1.3 Million legally owned suppressors in the United States today yet there are less than 44 criminal instances involving them per year and most of those are unlawful carry/concealment/use, not violent crime.
1 abracadbra123 2017-10-04
Hillary doesn't matter you fucking mongoloid. It makes exactly zero difference whether she knows shit about guns or not.
You're spending all your time shitting yourself over an unemployed 70 year old woman who lives in the woods.
1 aGolfHipster 2017-10-04
That's most of reddit and all of r/drama. Just shit and let shit man.
1 nanonan 2017-10-04
Funny, it seems that CNN, NBC et. al. also live in those same woods.
1 throwaway03022017 2017-10-04
Stop being a nigger
1 lincoln1222 2017-10-04
Translation: she's commenting on a mass shooting (that did actually happened, contrary to what Alex Jones says) and using that as an example of how gun laws need to be changed to prevent similar situations from happening.
okay i kinda see that we both mean the same thing but you're making it out like she's hurting the victims of the shooting by using them to push an anti gun message. if i was one of those victims I would gladly let Hillary Clinton do whatever she wanted to my blood if it meant passing laws that would prevent me from getting sniped by an angry white boy
1 botchlings 2017-10-04
Except that gun control, including prohibition isn't going to do anything to stop violent crime
1 Murgie 2017-10-04
Yeah, the entire developed world outside of the United States is simply a statistical anomaly.
1 nanonan 2017-10-04
Let's see her options, she could: condone the actions of the killer, offer sympathy to the victims, use the opportunity to help unite a divided nation or blame the NRA for gun accessories that were never used in the attack. What a wise choice she made.
1 lincoln1222 2017-10-04
it's not an either or thing, hillary did all those things you imply she didn't do (like condemning the killer and offering sympathy to victims). i agree with you that in this case there was no reason for her to call out for restricting silencers but like I don't think it's inherently bad for someone to use a tragedy as evidence or reason to bring up a relevant issue- i guess well just agree to disagree
1 rhapsodicink 2017-10-04
That doesn't actually mean anything though. You aren't going to unite parties that fundamentally disagree
1 Awayfone 2017-10-04
What about banning silencers would had prevented the attack?
1 grungebot5000 2017-10-04
some other attack then i guess
idk i don’t speak senility
1 Murgie 2017-10-04
You sound pretty triggered over a tweet, my friend.
1 botchlings 2017-10-04
I'm triggered by the abject stupidity communicated in 140 characters or less...
1 Tobans 2017-10-04
Then how do you put up with worshipping your slobbering daddy?
1 grungebot5000 2017-10-04
see i don’t get this
if she was still running, then yeah, it’d be using a mass shooting to shamelessly promote a political agenda
but otherwise it’s shamelessly using a political agenda to try and prevent mass shootings
1 LemonScore 2017-10-04

1 abracadbra123 2017-10-04

1 KeyboardFingi 2017-10-04
I wish T_D would finally read the room and realize that their dumb ideas are only well received on their subreddit. Somebody should turn the lights on so they skitter on to the underside of the fridge that is voat.
1 TUMS_FESTIVAL 2017-10-04
That would require them to know how to read.
1 Stuntman119 2017-10-04
They do.
1 KeyboardFingi 2017-10-04
Lol didn't know that. Did they think reddit T_D wasn't as loyal or something?
1 glmox 2017-10-04
not racist enough
1 TrailerParkBride 2017-10-04
Those cuckfags' (((moderators))) wouldn't let them discuss the JQ
1 ArmandTanzarianMusic 2017-10-04
They hate that t_d is super ban-happy. Say what you want about national socialism, at least its an ethos.
1 Stuntman119 2017-10-04
Nah they hate it because it's Alt-Lite. They see T_D as people who sympathise with the Jewish menace, they hate the mods for banning any negative talk on (((them))) and cringe at their memes. Tbh anyone can make better memes than T_D
1 nanonan 2017-10-04
Meh, at least they're not petrified by innocent memes.
1 ThenTheGorursArrived 2017-10-04
It's weird, because Breivik is one of the heroes of the alt right and he was as pro Israel as an American evangelical.
If Breivik had gone on /pol/, he'd have been faced with 'go away JIDF' and 'sure schlomo' all the time.
1 leather-muffin 2017-10-04
As long as it's WikiLeaks dumps or shitty pepe memes, sure they do.
1 Greasy_Slot 2017-10-04
They know they're alone with their ideas but like all large groups of retards they're convinced it's everyone else who is stupid.
1 Protect_Me 2017-10-04
I know that the only good people left on /pol/ hate them so I can imagine Voat does too.
1 comwhy 2017-10-04
Well, they tried to migrate to voat but got shitted on by everyone so much they had to come back to reddit two days later (or less). They still managed to call that a victory.
t_d is the only thing that unites all extremists, everybody hates them.
1 ChipChippersonAMA 2017-10-04
Im still waiting for the day for spez to say fuck it and delete the sub just for shits and giggles
1 DontTrustRedditors 2017-10-04
This will certainly convince the alt-right that there is no globalist media conspiracy against them...
1 ricardogce 2017-10-04
But there isn't. We hate them openly and shamelessly. A conspirace suggests secret coordination among multiple actors. In reality, multiple people just happened to decide T_D sucks dingleberries and they are to be fucked with in any way possible.
1 LemonScore 2017-10-04
The admins have openly discriminated against that sub many, many times.
1 ricardogce 2017-10-04
Yes, they have. That's not a conspiracy, it's a fuck you. Nothing secret about it.
1 nanonan 2017-10-04
Except where they go to extreme pains to pretend their overhauls have nothing at all to do with that sub.
1 Imgur_Lurker 2017-10-04
The time /r/News keep removing Pulse Shooting threads and removing posts about where to donate blood and the Admins response was to ban The Donald off the Front page
rofl
1 Murgie 2017-10-04
Right, because that's what the majority of Reddit users want.
Honestly, which part of his comment did you fail to understand?
1 MegaSeedsInYourBum 2017-10-04
As they should have. Retards shouldn't have any rights.
1 aliceunknown 2017-10-04
Sweet Hillary, our liberal goddess from above. We have failed you. ;_;
1 Oh_hamburgers_ 2017-10-04
Barawo up to his old tricks.

Glided x5
/u/spez: AYYYYYY LMAO
1 rarestpepesforsale 2017-10-04
Not much of a spoiler from that guy. This already happened. Unless Hillary can go back and reset the timeline, she's through.
Love her or hate her, the fact is that Hillary's days in the political arena are for the most part, over. Right now she's just sounding off to make herself feel important again, that's all.
1 Awayfone 2017-10-04
There are 2 pro hillary delusions thrown about right now
That impeachment (because Russia obviously rigged the election) mean a redo of the 2016 election and two that Hillary has a chance in 2020
Facebook is great
1 neutralvoter 2017-10-04
i'm not going to a sub that obscures a quarter of the screen real estate with a picture no matter how juicy the drama is.
1 SpotNL 2017-10-04
One of the few times when an np. link comes in handy. Somehow it removes the picture.
1 aonome 2017-10-04
I wonder what would have happened to T_D if Blumpf had host
1 battles 2017-10-04
That title is pretty funny to me... especially in light of the fact that there have been all these other 'photo aggregate' posts in the last week.
