NK by all accounts has horrible food actually. A lot of visitors have commented on how completely tasteless everything was at the designated tourist restaurants.
Seriously though, it's not a question of literally visiting ever single restaurant. Once you've been to Yangon, Began, Inle lake and Mandalay, you know that the ramen in Burma is bad. You don't have to ALSO visit the refugee village in the mountains to know they don't have good Ramen there.

To be fair, the only ramen I've eaten is the 3-minute ones with pre-packaged seasoning, but if you're paying over $18 for noodles (even $18 is a lot), it seems like you're paying way too much (depending on how much you're getting).
