Libertarians believe that everyone has the right to display whatever they believe in... no matter how stupid it is. We also believe in free association, which is why most of the comments are against the OP. The company is perfectly free to fire the guy who displayed his idiotic beliefs, because their association (his employment) has a negative impact on them. Freedom of expression/speech doesn't grant freedom from consequences (except from the government, due to the First Amendment). This guy is an authoritarian whose trying to make libertarians look bad.
The person who instigated all of this was an Antifa SJW who took the photo of the cooler, then a photo of random construction workers, after apparently they weren't too enthused with Xer ranting about whatever it was they were doing.
This is a common Antifa tactic, to put stickers like this (that they order online from actual white supremacist sites, giving them money) on cars, letter boxes and business of people they hate.
There was literally no evidence outside of this womyns photo. Yet he was fired for it.
