Most of his old associates have abandoned him as a result; he's always been pretty obnoxious/attention-seeking, and now that his persona has transformed into a caricature of a white supremacist, he doesn't really have the charm and charisma that caused most people to tolerate his shit.

However a lot of them, being reprehensible nerds, turned to neo Naziism and the alt right so a lot of people are now guilty of association.
