I post about dinosaurs 🦖 conquering the earth, fornicating, and enslaving humanity on a drama subreddit during my free time. What part of that makes you think I have any amount of shame left? Besides, dinosaurs 🦖 should never feel shame about their awesomeness
It's framed a little differently in her article though:
No one could save me but myself. After three years of being snapped/yelled at constantly, very rarely being shown any affection- I finally left him. For another man. That I had literally just met. I was so desperate to be out I just clung on to the first knight in shining armor to show up.
Unfortunately, there was a slight crossover: a kiss. A kiss I immediately told him about, and he, surprisingly, instantly forgave me. Turned a total 180. He begged me not to leave him, even told me he was planning to propose; despite stating previously he had no intention to marry me. I knew this all stemmed from his fear of being alone (He actually got engaged very shortly after I left him) so luckily I remained strong in my resolve to leave him, despite my only desire for three years being that he loved me the way I loved him.
A kiss I immediately told him about, and he, surprisingly, instantly forgave me. Turned a total 180. He begged me not to leave him, even told me he was planning to propose; despite stating previously he had no intention to marry me
Which make her look like a pathetic liar. The first part we could've guessed due to staying with this guy for so long. Doesn't mean he wasn't also an abuser.
can i order them online, and do they already come trained for butt stuff, or do i have to do my own training? if i have to do my own training i feel that should come off the price.
A lot more people are coming out online defending Chloe. Saying they saw the abuse first hand.
I still want to see what Chloe has before thinking this is a slam dunk case. But Hardwick would be wise to just disappear before he makes it worse for himself.

People don't seem to realize that when you are in an abusive relationship it tends to cloud your judgement. You could easily look at people historically who continually go back to their abusers, or be in constant with them, because they are mentally broken down. Hence why you need to look for help to mentally stop having these ideas in your head cause your abuser made you this way.
And a bunch of colleagues and friends on both sides have come out to say Chloe is in the right. Still need to see her evidence though.
That's all I have to say and will not go any further cause I'm sure everyone here will just be angling for an argument.
I didn't read the original and in this article the abuse was stated as him coming home expecting sex and her having to perform no matter what? Is that right? Is there more to it?
I can second that. From what I've heard, it seems like she was in a Dom/sub relationship that she agreed to despite knowing it wasn't what she was interested in.
Why do you think she wasn't into? They were together for 3 yrs. Those type of relationships cause extreme attachment, I'd wager she wrote that letter because she was still salty
I think that as well. It seems like they had a Dom/sub dynamic that she agreed to and decided to use it against him once she was sure their relationship was over. I bet there's a contract but Hardwick probably thinks releasing a legal definition of his kinks will do more damage than good
If mayos have any sense at all, they'll go get a chocolate or asian queen while they still can. Then again, if they had any sense, they'd have self-mayocided by now.
This is probably the case. Usually in long-term relationships with one toxic/dysfunctional/abusive person the partner is fucked up too because healthy, well-adjusted people see the warning signs and gtfo. In these high-profile cases I jurt assume that both people involved are crazy pieces of shit because the alleged target of the dysfunction has all the means in the world to leave and endless support. There's something holding them back and it's probably something at least a fraction as bad as their accusations.
Yeah I mean in her original article she posted a crazy list of rules he had set for her like two weeks into the relationship. They were terrible rules but at least he laid them out and what self respecting woman would stick around at that point?
Women are so fucking manipulative. I've gotten that exact text about "both handling this poorly, maybe me more so", and the one where it's just your name "Christopher."
Women are fucking petty and pathetic. This loser bitch hit 30 and wanted to ruin a mans career for not wanting to be cucked by her.
I have multiple friends who have been accused of rape/sexual misconduct under shady circumstances and my ex's are manipulative lying cunts but its getting a bit /r/braincels in here for my radical centrist taste
I don't know a single man who has been falsely accused or a single woman who has falsely accused anyone. It's not common. It's trashy drama queen garbage.
I haven't experienced it therefore its not common.
Its frighteningly common on some college campuses, all you have to do is spread a rumor. Also the three accused guys that I know best all came from very different social groups, there was nothing uniquely trashy about any of them.
They picked a certain type of mate, didn't they? I used the exact same logic you used. Period. If it doesn't work for me then it doesn't work for you either bub. If you told me that you hung with a ton of people who got into car accidents, I'd tell you that that is really strange too, and probably says something about the type of people you hang with. I'd bet they were considered high risk by insurance companies and probably for very good reasons. Have I likely met a dude that's been falsely accused of rape? Yeah, sure. But my friend group isn't comprised of them, and there's a reason for that. Think about that for a while.
Nope. Repeating that over and over doesn't make it true. I gave stats.
But my friend group isn't comprised of them, and there's a reason for that. Think about that for a while.
Neither is mine, these are three friends that I've had at various points over the course of my life, my current friend group isn't "comprised of them". If you are a sexual active (I know you don't have to worry about this part) twenty-something male, false accusations are absolutely something to keep in mind.
Don't bother responding if I'm just going to get more retardation.
I'm not going to keep reading your word vomit. Keep telling yourself that I didn't use the same exact logic you initiated. It doesn't make it so. There's plenty of stats about falsely accused men being exceedingly rare compared to actual tape victims too. But I don't make wild claims that all my friends have been raped.
Seems like you're victim blaming, no? The men who were falsely accused were asking for it because they hang with a trashy crowd?
I'm not the mens rights, red pill type either, like most of reddit would consider me a sjw cuck. But that doesn't change the fact that men are falsely accused and it's not their fault
It's pretty well documented that some people are more likely to engage in relationships with abusers than others. It's why we see some abuse and rape victims become victims more than once. I'm not saying that's ok, but I'm saying there's a psychology happening. If you tell me that every male in your friend group has been falsely accused, that tells me something about your friend group, the type of people you and they associate with, and what their values are. It's not normal to have every male in your friend group be falsely accused of rape. That's not normal and it's not common. If every person in your friend group were obese, it might say something about the food they choose to eat. One obese friend might statistically have a hormone problem they're battling. But several to dozens? That's something different at play.
Did anyone say every male in their friend group? I saw someone say he knew of 3 guys from college. I never saw anyone say all of their friends were accused. I don't think being aware of 3 is that much of an indictment on someone. Seems to me it's just easier for you to argue against "all of my friends were accused" than "I know of several instances where this happened."
I honestly can't easily go back and track that comment down right now. I'm not arguing from an "all friends" point though. Even just several friends seems dubious, considering how rare false accusations are. And how many people are there in any friend group? Several seems a high proportion of any friend group. False accusation of rape is devastating when it happens, but it's extremely rare, especially when compared to actual rape and sexual assault.
Depends on your definition of extremely rare. Generally accepted range is 5-10%, which is uncommon but not extremely rare. And keep in mind, those are merely allegations that are reported to the police and then PROVEN false. As it relates to reporting to the university, it's entirely possible that the rate of false accusations is higher because it's less likely to lead to blowback toward the accuser and more likely to lead to consequences for the accused even with no proof. Universities don't need to follow due process because they aren't criminal courts, and thus they do not.
And regardless of any of this, it's still never the fault of anyone who is falsely accused. They are the victim. If they have friends who were also falsely accused, that doesn't make it any more their fault than if a rape victim has other friends who were raped.
No you don't. You can manipulate in the short term. Eg phrases like "I will always love you," are usually phrases you say to manipulate somebody in the short term, because it loses its effect in the long term.
Manipulation is when someone tries to con you right now with emotional trickery, e.g: But if you really loved me you'd do this thing I want. Strategic thinking is something on a much larger scale, e.g: sending a robot to Mars.
also i don't believe this nonsense that women are better manipulators either. if that was true, they would be dominating sales and shit like that, but as far as i know , they aren't. most bullshit pyramid schemes and other scams tend to be run by dudes.
in fact, falling for MLM and pyramid schemes is a decidedly cliche female thing to do. if anything , women are pretty easily manipulated, personal experience confirms that too.
but still, it's overwhelmingly women that fall for that stupid shit. my ex gf almost fell for it and i had to explain what an MLM scheme is. women are dumb as hell, not master manipulators lol.
it's overwhelmingly women that fall for that stupid shit
[citation needed]
Bitcoin is 99% dudes, don't tell me men are immune from retarded pump-and-dump schemes. Plus, it's almost like women choose the non-socially retarded version 🤔 🤔 🤔
i guess you have no friends and don't own a facebook. it's a female thing to be into shitty MLM schemes. it's overwhelmingly bored middle class white girls.
also i don't believe this nonsense that women are better manipulators either.
Women are not usually conscious manipulators, i.e. schemers, but their psychology is such that their every interaction with others is a natural, unconscious manipulation. It's simply their way of interacting with others, like how a pushy person might not think of themselves as pushy, or a conservative person might not think they're a retard.
Do you have any evidence that women are poorer at strategic thinking? There's plenty of evidence that testosterone levels have a negative correlation with impulse control.
I'm not even sure what your point is. Yeah I'd rather sleep with a dakimakura of my waifu Renge-chan than with some random 3D slut but that doesn't mean I'm desperate, it's the opposite, it implies that I have standards
I didnt know what she looked like until the picture in this article and ooooooooh zoo wee mama imagine fucking up the money for that. She looks like a trans man.
That was my favorite part of the story, he is a fucking manlet, she has enough height/weight over him they wouldn’t be able to legally fight in a boxing match. If you want to leave bitch you could legit kick his ass. What a lying bitch.
I mean, I figured there was a few parts of her story that had to be bullshit, but I didn't think she'd write an article like that if he had the evidence to clap back on her.
Granted though if I needed texts from 4 years ago to clear my name, I'd be absolutely fucked
This whole saga is messy as fuck. Only those 2 know what happened and who is at fault. It is utter bullshit that he has lost work for what was an article written by an ex that he wasn't even named in.
He needs to fire up the lawyers and fuck her harder then he did when they were together.
I am all for #metoo and exposing predators, but not when it is used as a witchhunt like it has been in this case.
One clear fact exists though, and that is that she is still underweight. Whose fault is that?
According to her, this would create even more drama:
PS: To the man who tried to ruin my future: A sincere and heartfelt apology could have made my last four years a hell of a lot easier. The person I used to date would try to sue me due to pride- I would not recommend it. I have audio/video that will support and prove many of the things I’ve stated in this post. I’ve chosen not to include it for your sake, in the hopes that the person you’ve become will do the right thing.
Ya, she was totally cool claiming he constantly raped/abused/assaulted her, but releasing evidence is just too much for her as she's going to take the high ground. That evidence doesn't exist and she's trying to protect herself. Her logic doesn't make sense.
Short version: audio/video proof real but easily misinterpreted or faked, she intends to hurt him as much as she can because she is an angry ex. She is just upset he is doin better than she is, and happier without her. Check out that six month text begging history. I dated a nutbag just like her. I am now very relieved it ended long before smartphones and easily faked evidence existed.
He lost his job and suing her may not bring it back. Hopefully what he’s released here and a conversation with Nerdist and whoever else he worked for will salvage some of the damage. I’m gonna day though that she sounds very happy to burn with him and is pleased with the harm she’s caused him now. She feels “vindicated.” Only...well, he’s better hope she doesn’t grow dissatisfied and decides to write more passive aggressive essays.
edit: One thing I don't get, why wait till now to write this? Is it a result of the trauma she experienced?
Because he married someone prettier and more successful 2 years after they broke up, yet she couldn't get a ring on in during their 3 year relationship.
I feel a guy like him probably travels a lot so it wouldn't always be practical to have a sit down. If I found out my gf was cheating on me, I'd end it that day. From experience, there's no reason to prolong something like that. And if a face-to-face break-up isn't possible because of our respective locations, guess how I'm going to relay the news.
Well, considering what a gigantic pussy you are, I can see how you might be inclined to do something like hold her hand and say, "It's not you, it's me - I just can't be feminist enough to be happy in a relationship with a woman who runs around getting strange dick behind my back."
For the rest of us however, we think it's probably more than she deserved.
depends on what you mean by that. i do think he's an abuser, more so because of this info, as the sort of abuse described (destroying self-worth, building dependency through isolation) would cause exactly the sort of behavior she's being accused of. so if by "being #metoo-d" you mean lose his job or something then sure, he's a piece of shit in a field whose major requirements are to talk good and project a friendly persona, the latter of which is probably not possible when everyone knows youre the sort of guy who terrorizes your girl into having an ectopic pregnancy. it's not like there arent a hundred photogenic bugmen waiting in wings who could do his job just as well.
if you mean "should he be charged with anything" then no, not really. in a perfect legal system there would be a mechanism to punish people like this but as it stands i don't think he did anything that is or should be illegal, because it would mean letting legal arbitration into a highly subjective domain where its methods are clumsy and ill-suited. i dont really buy the sexual assault angle, obviously, in that i dont think it would stick legally, and also that the claim only makes sense if you read the whole relationship as a sort of coercive psychic space capable of nullifying passive consent. im sympathetic to this reading, but like the general question of legality it gets into very squishy and unquantifiable terrain that i have reservations about allowing terms like "assault" such free entry into.
Her credibility is fucked after claiming in her article that he was the one who wanted her back. She seems BPD and psychotic on the verge of breakdown in all of her writings and postings. I know the type because I used to date them and love them exclusively.
I could just be reading it wrong (or maybe I'm getting the sequence of events wrong), but doesn't she say in her article that he's the one that begged her to stay with him after she cheated?
Here's the part I'm referring to:
I don't think we'll find out for sure whether her accusations are true or not, but one thing for certain is, that on The Bob and Tom Show's album "Crushed Nuts" disc 2 track 1 and track 9 called "Technology and Pictures #1" and "Technology and Pictures #2" respectively, Chris first gives out his email address and asks listeners to send him sexts, and in the second track you hear the results. This really doesn't prove anything, but it might show a history of behavior. The CD was first released in 2010, which seems to be before they got together.
I read her Medium and assumed this "knight in shining armor" was what ended their relationship but thought her cheating was a separate incident. Disregarding how sugar coated that passage is, Is a kiss considered cheating now?
Well this got messy fast. To me this looks like she’s a psycho ex who got angry her ex is happier and more successful without her and took the one damaging shot she knew would ruin him. This damages #metoo for the exact reasons everybody knew it was open to. Good going Chloe, you set women back with this. Selfish psycho.
But just as there are people who do this bad thing, there are those analogous sociopaths who wield the hammer of allegations for their own benefit. How fucked is all of this

1 Hydrium 2018-06-20
This is the radical centrism I come here for.
1 charming_tainter 2018-06-20
I didn't read the original and in this article the abuse was stated as him coming home expecting sex and her having to perform no matter what? Is that right? Is there more to it?
1 The_runnerup913 2018-06-20
He laid out ground rules, manipulated her, controlled her, etc. are the accusations.
1 charming_tainter 2018-06-20
That all sounds like a Dom/sub relationship she agreed to, one she could renegotiate or leave at any time
1 wheeledjustice 2018-06-20
I can second that. From what I've heard, it seems like she was in a Dom/sub relationship that she agreed to despite knowing it wasn't what she was interested in.
1 charming_tainter 2018-06-20
Why do you think she wasn't into? They were together for 3 yrs. Those type of relationships cause extreme attachment, I'd wager she wrote that letter because she was still salty
1 wheeledjustice 2018-06-20
That's probably more likely than what I said. I just tend to lean towards whatever option keeps me from losing faith in humanity.
1 a_jill_sandwich 2018-06-20
Her whole "essay" basically reads like shit 50 Shades fanfic.
1 Bluest_waters 2018-06-20
she said she AGREED to the sex and CONSENTED to it....then said ti was sexual assault
then lots of people agreed with her
so it was consensual sexual assault.
retroactively
1 charming_tainter 2018-06-20
I think that as well. It seems like they had a Dom/sub dynamic that she agreed to and decided to use it against him once she was sure their relationship was over. I bet there's a contract but Hardwick probably thinks releasing a legal definition of his kinks will do more damage than good
1 Bluest_waters 2018-06-20

1 jaffycake 2018-06-20
It could be both. He is a control freak and abusive but she also a cheater.
1 snallygaster 2018-06-20
This is probably the case. Usually in long-term relationships with one toxic/dysfunctional/abusive person the partner is fucked up too because healthy, well-adjusted people see the warning signs and gtfo. In these high-profile cases I jurt assume that both people involved are crazy pieces of shit because the alleged target of the dysfunction has all the means in the world to leave and endless support. There's something holding them back and it's probably something at least a fraction as bad as their accusations.
1 Plexipus 2018-06-20
Yeah I mean in her original article she posted a crazy list of rules he had set for her like two weeks into the relationship. They were terrible rules but at least he laid them out and what self respecting woman would stick around at that point?
1 rockidol 2018-06-20
"She cheated on him" and "he abused her" are not mutually exclusive. It's possible neither of them are lying.
1 Chicup 2018-06-20
I hope both stories are somehow true but in this pound me too era we are suppose to "believe women" so obviously evidence doesn't matter.
1 higashiline 2018-06-20
Women are so fucking manipulative. I've gotten that exact text about "both handling this poorly, maybe me more so", and the one where it's just your name "Christopher."
Women are fucking petty and pathetic. This loser bitch hit 30 and wanted to ruin a mans career for not wanting to be cucked by her.

1 Ranch_Poptart 2018-06-20
You need to hang out with better people.
1 CrosbyStillzandSwag 2018-06-20
Lol I hang out with the some of the most mild-mannered people, this shit is just common
1 Ranch_Poptart 2018-06-20
I don't know a single man who has been falsely accused or a single woman who has falsely accused anyone. It's not common. It's trashy drama queen garbage.
1 CrosbyStillzandSwag 2018-06-20
Its frighteningly common on some college campuses, all you have to do is spread a rumor. Also the three accused guys that I know best all came from very different social groups, there was nothing uniquely trashy about any of them.
Also, the stats are uncertain, but by some reasonably conservative estimates you are about as likely to be falsely accused of rape as you are to die in a car crash. I know several people who have died in car crashes so....
1 Ranch_Poptart 2018-06-20
"I haven't experienced it therefore its not common."
You used that exact same reasoning. Birds of a feather flock together. Stop being paranoid, and start hanging out with better people. Or don't.
1 CrosbyStillzandSwag 2018-06-20
But that's all that you used. You are statistically likely to meet people who have been falsely accused.
Lol my accused friends had nothing in common other than being accused, there's nothing connecting them
1 a_thumb_in_my_bum 2018-06-20
https://old.reddit.com/r/MGTOWWOM/
1 Ranch_Poptart 2018-06-20
They picked a certain type of mate, didn't they? I used the exact same logic you used. Period. If it doesn't work for me then it doesn't work for you either bub. If you told me that you hung with a ton of people who got into car accidents, I'd tell you that that is really strange too, and probably says something about the type of people you hang with. I'd bet they were considered high risk by insurance companies and probably for very good reasons. Have I likely met a dude that's been falsely accused of rape? Yeah, sure. But my friend group isn't comprised of them, and there's a reason for that. Think about that for a while.
1 CrosbyStillzandSwag 2018-06-20
Nope. Repeating that over and over doesn't make it true. I gave stats.
1 Ranch_Poptart 2018-06-20
I'm not going to keep reading your word vomit. Keep telling yourself that I didn't use the same exact logic you initiated. It doesn't make it so. There's plenty of stats about falsely accused men being exceedingly rare compared to actual tape victims too. But I don't make wild claims that all my friends have been raped.
1 Smooth_On_Smooth 2018-06-20
Seems like you're victim blaming, no? The men who were falsely accused were asking for it because they hang with a trashy crowd?
I'm not the mens rights, red pill type either, like most of reddit would consider me a sjw cuck. But that doesn't change the fact that men are falsely accused and it's not their fault
1 Ranch_Poptart 2018-06-20
1 Smooth_On_Smooth 2018-06-20
Did anyone say every male in their friend group? I saw someone say he knew of 3 guys from college. I never saw anyone say all of their friends were accused. I don't think being aware of 3 is that much of an indictment on someone. Seems to me it's just easier for you to argue against "all of my friends were accused" than "I know of several instances where this happened."
1 CrosbyStillzandSwag 2018-06-20
Its ok /u/Ranch_Poptart is just having a little spergout, he can't help trying to put words in my mouth.
1 Ranch_Poptart 2018-06-20
I honestly can't easily go back and track that comment down right now. I'm not arguing from an "all friends" point though. Even just several friends seems dubious, considering how rare false accusations are. And how many people are there in any friend group? Several seems a high proportion of any friend group. False accusation of rape is devastating when it happens, but it's extremely rare, especially when compared to actual rape and sexual assault.
1 Smooth_On_Smooth 2018-06-20
1 Ed_BotteredToast 2018-06-20
I haven't. You hang out with trash drivers you little bitch.
1 butwomenarejustpeopl 2018-06-20

1 CrosbyStillzandSwag 2018-06-20
well manipulation requires strategic thinking so I think he's just retarded
1 Sertomion 2018-06-20
No you don't. You can manipulate in the short term. Eg phrases like "I will always love you," are usually phrases you say to manipulate somebody in the short term, because it loses its effect in the long term.
1 cherryreddit 2018-06-20
Manipulation is tactical though.
1 CrosbyStillzandSwag 2018-06-20
I'm not debating strategy vs tactics with you unless you write a sixteen line poem about the mayocide
1 rosenbergstein 2018-06-20
Manipulation is when someone tries to con you right now with emotional trickery, e.g: But if you really loved me you'd do this thing I want. Strategic thinking is something on a much larger scale, e.g: sending a robot to Mars.
1 CrosbyStillzandSwag 2018-06-20
Okay fine, manipulation implies strategic thinking because its likely done with some broader goal in mind. You are all so autistic tonight
1 Frptwenty 2018-06-20

1 rosenbergstein 2018-06-20

1 TransexualWiener 2018-06-20
isn't EQ made up bullshit?
1 Sojir 2018-06-20
It is.
1 TransexualWiener 2018-06-20
also i don't believe this nonsense that women are better manipulators either. if that was true, they would be dominating sales and shit like that, but as far as i know , they aren't. most bullshit pyramid schemes and other scams tend to be run by dudes.
in fact, falling for MLM and pyramid schemes is a decidedly cliche female thing to do. if anything , women are pretty easily manipulated, personal experience confirms that too.
1 ComedicSans 2018-06-20
Manipulating lots of stupid people to invest money is much easier than manipulating smart, rich people into a relationship.
1 TransexualWiener 2018-06-20
but still, it's overwhelmingly women that fall for that stupid shit. my ex gf almost fell for it and i had to explain what an MLM scheme is. women are dumb as hell, not master manipulators lol.

Bitcoin is 99% dudes, don't tell me men are immune from retarded pump-and-dump schemes. Plus, it's almost like women choose the non-socially retarded version 🤔 🤔 🤔
1 TransexualWiener 2018-06-20
i guess you have no friends and don't own a facebook. it's a female thing to be into shitty MLM schemes. it's overwhelmingly bored middle class white girls.
1 ComedicSans 2018-06-20
I certainly don't know retards that fall for MLM. Perhaps Americans should stop breeding? 🤔
1 TransexualWiener 2018-06-20

1 ComedicSans 2018-06-20
Gross. Mayos.
1 Starship_Litterbox_C 2018-06-20
Women are not usually conscious manipulators, i.e. schemers, but their psychology is such that their every interaction with others is a natural, unconscious manipulation. It's simply their way of interacting with others, like how a pushy person might not think of themselves as pushy, or a conservative person might not think they're a retard.
1 SwordfshII 2018-06-20
Hear of Pharma girls? Or Art curators? High end sales women tend to do better. Low end hustle tends to be male.
1 heavenlytoaster 2018-06-20
Isn't that the backstory to the huffpo staff pic?
1 ffbtaw 2018-06-20
EQ is just shorthand for the 'sum' of a bunch of types of emotional intelligence/emotionality and related traits.
Men are better at some, women are better at more.

Because feminism..wahmen are pure and perfect.
1 snallygaster 2018-06-20

1 AT5squared 2018-06-20

1 SmurfPrivilege 2018-06-20
I feel a guy like him probably travels a lot so it wouldn't always be practical to have a sit down. If I found out my gf was cheating on me, I'd end it that day. From experience, there's no reason to prolong something like that. And if a face-to-face break-up isn't possible because of our respective locations, guess how I'm going to relay the news.
1 VidiotGamer 2018-06-20
Well, considering what a gigantic pussy you are, I can see how you might be inclined to do something like hold her hand and say, "It's not you, it's me - I just can't be feminist enough to be happy in a relationship with a woman who runs around getting strange dick behind my back."
For the rest of us however, we think it's probably more than she deserved.
1 westofthetracks 2018-06-20
yeah no this is entirely consistent with her article, anyone who thinks this is a gotcha didnt even read the piece before getting mad about it
1 alphetasauce 2018-06-20
You still think he's an abuser and deserves to be #metoo-ed?

depends on what you mean by that. i do think he's an abuser, more so because of this info, as the sort of abuse described (destroying self-worth, building dependency through isolation) would cause exactly the sort of behavior she's being accused of. so if by "being #metoo-d" you mean lose his job or something then sure, he's a piece of shit in a field whose major requirements are to talk good and project a friendly persona, the latter of which is probably not possible when everyone knows youre the sort of guy who terrorizes your girl into having an ectopic pregnancy. it's not like there arent a hundred photogenic bugmen waiting in wings who could do his job just as well.
if you mean "should he be charged with anything" then no, not really. in a perfect legal system there would be a mechanism to punish people like this but as it stands i don't think he did anything that is or should be illegal, because it would mean letting legal arbitration into a highly subjective domain where its methods are clumsy and ill-suited. i dont really buy the sexual assault angle, obviously, in that i dont think it would stick legally, and also that the claim only makes sense if you read the whole relationship as a sort of coercive psychic space capable of nullifying passive consent. im sympathetic to this reading, but like the general question of legality it gets into very squishy and unquantifiable terrain that i have reservations about allowing terms like "assault" such free entry into.

being this much of a colossal faggot
I'm seriously impressed. What's your trick? Main-lining HRT up your bussy until Jessica Valenti makes sense?
1 westofthetracks 2018-06-20
you seem upset
1 Starship_Litterbox_C 2018-06-20
Her credibility is fucked after claiming in her article that he was the one who wanted her back. She seems BPD and psychotic on the verge of breakdown in all of her writings and postings. I know the type because I used to date them and love them exclusively.
1 imnotagayboy 2018-06-20
Zzzz
way to go on a bunch of boring pointless tangents nobody cares about
1 shallowm 2018-06-20
I could just be reading it wrong (or maybe I'm getting the sequence of events wrong), but doesn't she say in her article that he's the one that begged her to stay with him after she cheated?
Here's the part I'm referring to:
1 westofthetracks 2018-06-20
>actually reading the article
lmao
1 shallowm 2018-06-20
i was actually going to respond to your original comment with this, but i decided against it

We need to repeal the 19th Amendment. Letting women think they are people was a mistake.

So basically /u/wil is either besties with a rapist or a victim of a false accusation.
Either way I'm interested to see how he responds.
1 imnotagayboy 2018-06-20
Probably something like "Ackshually only 2% of rape accusations are false, blah blah blah"
1 ujelly_fish 2018-06-20
Can we discuss the near absence of vowels in this woman’s name
1 aef823 2018-06-20
Oh nooo #metoo is being abused like #occupy or #guncontrol or #gamergate or #imwithher or #impeachtrump
Whoever would've seen that coming?
1 bitreality 2018-06-20
When people are getting #metoo'ed for three year relationships, it's officially become ridiculous

So, he really digs anorexic chicks.
1 ccjhs90 2018-06-20
I don't think we'll find out for sure whether her accusations are true or not, but one thing for certain is, that on The Bob and Tom Show's album "Crushed Nuts" disc 2 track 1 and track 9 called "Technology and Pictures #1" and "Technology and Pictures #2" respectively, Chris first gives out his email address and asks listeners to send him sexts, and in the second track you hear the results. This really doesn't prove anything, but it might show a history of behavior. The CD was first released in 2010, which seems to be before they got together.
1 Irrel_M 2018-06-20
Always believe the victim.😗
1 Ade-lele 2018-06-20
I read her Medium and assumed this "knight in shining armor" was what ended their relationship but thought her cheating was a separate incident. Disregarding how sugar coated that passage is, Is a kiss considered cheating now?
1 lowlandslinda 2018-06-20
How would you go about losing 15 lbs in a week? Asking for a friend, of course. It seems rather impossible.
1 cthulufunk 2018-06-20
Eating tapeworms like ramen maybe?
1 TLEToyu 2018-06-20
Funny thing that she dropped this article and then peace out of the internet so she doesn't have to account for her actions.
1 broden 2018-06-20
Chloe Dykstra, I recognise her.
She made those illegal nudes right?
1 AT5squared 2018-06-20
Well this got messy fast. To me this looks like she’s a psycho ex who got angry her ex is happier and more successful without her and took the one damaging shot she knew would ruin him. This damages #metoo for the exact reasons everybody knew it was open to. Good going Chloe, you set women back with this. Selfish psycho.

1 poliwrath3 2018-06-20
Stating the obvious, sexual abuse is a bad thing.
But just as there are people who do this bad thing, there are those analogous sociopaths who wield the hammer of allegations for their own benefit. How fucked is all of this
