Starfire's race literally doesn't matter because you'd have to makeup her skin to be orange anyway. Starfire isn't white. She's fucking orange. Anyone of any race can play Starfire because they'll have to paint their faces no matter what

Anna Diop is gorgeous but it really doesn't seem like she was cast/costumed well for the role of Starfire. I've seen good Starfire cosplays from girls of different ethnicities but this is just meh. Can't even identify the character as Starfire.
After seeing the most recent trailer, I must say this is the least of what seems bad with Titans.

I think the official response when the negative criticism started was that they were filming a scene where she is leaving a 70's disco theme party so that's why she looks like a superhero that answers to a pimp. But I'm sure the real thing will be dumb too.
