Why do people keep talking about Africa as if it's a single country?? I've never heard anyone discuss the average IQ of Asia or Europe. A Pygmy hunter gatherer from the DRC is obviously going to have a different IQ to an Ethiopian office worker from Addis Ababa.
Also, if everyone from a 70 IQ country in Africa got some real food, vitamins, and minerals for a while, their IQ would shoot up, because surprisingly your brain doesn't work well when your BMI is around 1.
