I'm pretty sure this is actually a documentary about retards obsessed with a d-list comedian because they don't understand what a premise is. The reason the Joe dude keeps bringing up mental/social health shit during the Lange/Cumia show is because it's the premise of the show, not because he is super butthurt or something.
