Hey, I have a news update about the dog in that pic of me that you guys are absolutely obsessed with

He's doing really well! We were told back in June that he was terminally ill and wouldn't last much longer (tumor in the jaw) but oddly enough, it's now November and he's doing fine! He actually seems like he might be better since we've been giving him regular medication and we think the tumor might have shrunk because his jaw used to be horribly misaligned but now seems to be more normal.

It's extremely surprising because the vet made it out like we would need to put him down within a few weeks of finding out. Never in a million years would I have thought that my dad and I would be discussing who would look after him over the Christmas holiday. I did some research online and some articles said that antibiotics can kill cancer cells in dogs which I think might have happened because his behavior has not changed at all in the ~five months that we had known he was sick.

A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one.
