In the confusion Jacob wohl thought it would be fun to do a little trolling so he tweeted out that he and his keystone cop outfit surefire intelligence had something to do with it. Avenatti seizes on that claim to muddle the conversation further while trying to buy off/intimidate his accuser into dropping charges. If charges our drop he’ll say that was because it was a Jacob wohl op all along and resistards will believe him.

Here’s what happened, Avenatti beat some unknown women, was arrested for it. That women wasn’t his ex wife like initial stories claimed.

This seems to contradict the police tweet about his arrest that refers to a statute specifically pertaining to violence against a spouse, cohabitant, fiancé(e), or mother or father of the assailant's child. Apparently it can't be a random person.

They could still be living with him, it just wasn't his ex wife.

It's possible, it just makes the circle of potential victims extremely restricted and one has to wonder why the victim isn't known here.

Obviously he beat up his own mum who still loves him though and wants it to die down, however criminal prosecution doesn't allow the victim to "drop charges", so it's still on.

The victim’s id obviously isn’t released because Avenatti fans will stalk her

Yeah, usually domestic violence and intimate partner violence are pretty much the same thing, but I have no idea what California law is.
