It's happening way more often now. I remember when I first came to reddit 7 or 8 years ago or so in high school, and had a blast trolling and being able to tell people who came on here crying about their wife that just died in a car accident to go and scrape the carcass off the roadway before it starts to rot. I have harassed the shit out of someone with PTSD after being rude to me on here and tried to get them to kill themselves. They were REEing about how I was following them and harassing them with sockpuppets 3 months later, I totally forgot they existed and did no such thing, they were just so paranoid off of 1 hour of me sending nasty messages that they were fucked up mentally for the next 3 MONTHS Maybe more people should try it.
